By accessing or using Salida, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you may not use Salida.

You may use Salida for lawful personal or business travel planning purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy substantial portions of the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use Salida to violate laws or third-party rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.

You are responsible for verifying trip details, reservations, travel documents, entry requirements, local rules, weather conditions, and safety information before relying on plans created or stored in Salida.

You retain ownership of trip plans, notes, expenses, preferences, and other content you submit to Salida. You grant Salida a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Salida may provide itinerary suggestions, budget estimates, weather context, alerts, or Plan B ideas. These features are informational planning aids and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Salida is not a travel agency, emergency service, weather authority, financial advisor, or legal advisor. Always confirm important information with authoritative sources before making travel decisions.

Certain features may be offered through paid plans. If you subscribe, billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are handled during checkout and/or in the applicable billing terms.

We may change features, pricing, or plan packaging over time, subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.

Salida may link to or rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, maps, weather, AI, hosting, analytics, or other functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Salida at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

You may stop using Salida at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Salida or other users, or use the service unlawfully.

Salida is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salida and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel disruption, booking losses, or reliance on planning information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salida total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Salida in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Salida from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Salida after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
