Cookie Policy
Cookie Policy
Effective date: June 11, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Salida uses cookies, local storage, and related technologies across our site and app.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files saved by your browser. Salida also uses local storage and session storage to keep core features working.
These technologies help with account authentication, saved preferences, demo mode state, and consent choices.
Cookie categories we use
Strictly necessary: sign-in/session behavior, security checks, and core app functionality. These are always on.
Preferences: remember user choices such as display options or app preferences.
Analytics: helps us understand usage trends and improve Salida if analytics is configured in the future.
Advertising: supports ad delivery and measurement. Ad personalization is optional and controlled by your consent choice.
Current services and storage behavior
AWS Cognito / Amplify: authentication and session storage for signed-in users.
Salida app storage: local/session storage for profile preferences, demo mode, and cookie consent settings.
Stripe: checkout and billing portal flows that may use their own cookies and storage on Stripe domains.
Google AdSense: may use cookies/local storage for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and measurement. Personalization is enabled only when consent is granted.
Future analytics providers: if enabled later, analytics cookies/storage will be listed and controlled under this policy.
How to manage choices
Use the Salida cookie notice/settings to accept all, reject non-essential options, or manage category-level choices.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
For Google ads, you can review ad settings and controls from Google where available.
Region-specific notes
For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Salida and Google may require consent before certain ad technologies are used. We may limit ads or request additional consent in those regions as required.
Google requires publishers serving EEA/UK/Switzerland traffic to use approved consent tooling (for example, Google Privacy & messaging / certified CMP flow) for applicable ad use cases.
For certain U.S. states, users may have rights to opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing activities where applicable.
